Cycling Though The Year with Cycling Now and the CTC

An 8 week course held on a Saturday Morning at 10 am to 12 noon. The course is designed to teach people to cycle and increase the confidence of those who can already cycle. We offer friendly advice on cycling techniques, demonstrating skills on quite road junctions and cycle paths. We show how to get in and around Swindon on cycle paths taking you to Coate Water as a cycle trip. We demonstrate how to check and maintain their bikes. The main aim of the course is to encourage more people cycling and enjoying the 100 km of cycling paths in Swindon.

You don’t even need to have a bike or cycle helmet. Just book (click here) on the course and arrive on the day. We will set you up on a bike which suits you and provide a helmet.

All our courses are run by Approved National Standard Cycle Instructors and we aim to have our trainee cyclists achieving Level 2 of the government approval standard.
